Guava Jelly

Guava is an aromatic fruit with a flavor sort of like a tangy cross between a pear and a strawberry. Here in FL its often combined with puff pastry & cream cheese to make Pastelitos de Guayaba y Queso. Try a little of this jelly on a plain bagel & cream cheese for a simpler version.
