STORE POLICY
Random Acts of Art wants all its customers to be happy with every purchase. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please call us immediately. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchases call us within 7 days from delivery to receive a return authorization number for a full credit. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item was shipped to you via free UPS, $10 will be deducted to cover this shipping. Otherwise, the exact amount on your receipt will be deducted. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchases. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchases.

Complementary gift wrap is available on all items $10.00 or more. 

SHIPPING INFO
Minimum shipping charge:
  $ 7.50

Handling Time:  Purchases will ship within 3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Service: 
Jewelry & Small Items:  USPS, Priority Mail
                      2 - 4 days to most addresses in the continental US

All other:  Fed Ex, Ground
                Delivery time varies based on location.
                A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide.

International Shipping:

Small items (jewelry, baby bonnets, etc.) that fit into a 9" x 12" envelope will be charged a flat rate of: 
                      USPS Priority Mail (6-14 days)           $13.00
                      USPS Express Mail (3-5 days)            $28.00

All other:  Please contact us for a shipping quote. We check several options (USPS, USP, FedEx) to find the price & delivery time that is right for you.
