Random Acts of Art wants all its customers to be happy with every purchase. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please call or email us immediately. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchases call or email us within 7 days from delivery to receive a return authorization number for a full credit. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item was shipped to you via free UPS, $10 will be deducted to cover this shipping. Otherwise, the exact amount on your receipt will be deducted. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchases. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchases.

Complementary gift wrap is available on most items that we are shipping directly from our brick & mortar store. Some items are shipped directly from the maker & gift wrap is not available on those purchases. We are happy to include a gift note with any purchase.

Furniture & Large Sculpture: Ship freight delivery, companies vary depending on destination. Freight shipments are curbside delivery. Items will be removed from truck, but will not be brought inside or unpacked. White glove service is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
